I ran 30 mins at 10 min/mile pace

then did a 20 mins weight training circuit.
I had one potato chips and beer for happy hour! 

30 mins x 1.0 (moderate intensity) = 30 miles

20 mins x 1.5 (high intensity) = 30 miles
Food Penalty = 16 + 10 = 26 miles
(note: each food item is penalized per day not per serving) 
Net Milage:  60 - 26 = 34 Miles

Maximum Net mileage allowed is 90 miles per day!
