Power of Motivation!

My clients are more motivated when I make them set a goal! The key to getting clients to achieve what they really want is helping them to know and state what they really want. It could be a weight goal with a deadline, a competition date, a marathon, bike race, or any sports event/competition. Once the goal is set, I design a program and keep the exercise routine new and fresh so they stay excited! I create a timeline for clients and keep them aware of deadlines with daily countdowns. Every workout is planned out to the day! Holding them accountable for nutrition, exercise, and other factors that impact the goal makes all the difference in the world!
