Rite Aid Shopping Center Area.
Classes will be in Bridge Center Basement
right next to Carino's Coffee.

Activites - Boxing instruction and cardio

What to bring/wear - Mouthpiece (Sports Authority or Rite Aid),
 workout clothes and water bottle.
